    • ClarisHealth.org
      Comprehensive, life-affirming women’s health care

      Medi-cal for Women Who Are Expecting
      If you are pregnant, Medi-Cal may provide you with free or low-cost health care coverage during your pregnancy and up to 365 days post-partum.

      California: Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
      If you are pregnant or have a child under 5, WIC can help provide nutritious foods and more resources to keep your growing family healthy.

      You may be eligible for WIC if you:
      • Are pregnant
      • Are breastfeeding a baby under the age of one
      • Had a baby within the last six months
      • Have a child under the age of five
      • Experienced a pregnancy loss

       
    • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
      Provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of needy families so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency.

      California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWorks)
      CalWORKs is a public assistance program that provides cash aid and services to eligible families that have a child(ren) in the home. The program serves all 58 counties in the state and is operated locally by county welfare departments.


      Society of St. Vincent de Paul
      The Society of St. Vincent de Paul can provide food, clothing, furniture, appliances, transportation, rental assistance, and other financial assistance through their Conferences of Charity (local volunteer groups) located in Catholic parishes.
